Two unique attractions of the Park are the Goodlett Store and the Pease River Playhouse held in the old Rock Gym.
The turn of the century General Store supplies your daily needs and also has a unique Gift Shop that captures the culture of the Cotton Industry and the history of the area.
The GYM is one of only two remaining WPA Project Gymnasiums in Texas, and has been fully restored to its original appeal. The GYM offers 7200 sq. ft. of space for reunions, business meetings, trade shows, and family activities. Included is a food prep area, restrooms with large showers, and a refinished Theatrical Stage.
Ample parking is available.
